CYCLOCROSS PROGRAM

Are you interested in trying cyclocross or you have raced before and want to get ready for the upcoming Cross On the Rock Series?

 

 Join us for four weeks, Tuesday nights, starting September 5th, 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. We will meet at Quamichan School, 2515 Beverly Street, Duncan. We will go over all the skills needed to be ready to race, do mock races, do interval training, and have fun, of course.

 

Bring your cyclocross, gravel, or mountain bike. September 5, 12, 19, and 26.

Cost:  $100 + $5 GST = $105

 

Extended:  October 3, 12, 17 and 24

September 10th Cumberland; October 1st Qualicum; Monday October 9th Nanaimo;

October 22 Victoria, October 29th Nanaimo; November 12th Duncan
