CYCLOCROSS PROGRAM
All ages and abilities are welcome.
Are you interested in trying cyclocross or you have raced before and want to get ready for the upcoming Cross On the Rock Series?
Join us for three sessions, Tuesday nights, September 22nd, 29th and October 20th, 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. We will meet at Quamichan School, 2515 Beverly Street, Duncan. We will go over all the skills needed to be ready to race, do mock races, do interval training, and have fun, of course.
Bring your cyclocross, gravel, or mountain bike.
Cost: $26.25 per ride (Note September 8th is cancelled).
